About Agnipankh:

As competition keeps gnawing at our heels, the only differentiator among Professionals will be their Soft Skills. As per a recent report by Indicus Analytics for Team Lease, “It is only the soft skills which help fresh graduates bag good jobs”

Indus Crossing realizes the latent need of professionals to Polish and hone their Soft Skills and help them get their Dream Jobs. With this objective, we have launched our programs “AGNIPANKH” to help the Indian professional achieve greater effectiveness and success.

Our faculty have a rich experience in Performance Management, Team working, Communication skills and such other soft skills. Indus Crossing has a tie up with the prestigious K.J.Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research (SIMSR) Apart from that, we have group of accomplished professionals from industry in the areas of IT hardware and software, personality profiling and the like.

The major focus of Indus Crossing is on the learner. Hence, our energies are focused on workshops. Consequently, interactive learning takes place and live feedback will be available for proper assessment of the delivery so that corrective steps can be taken at the right time.

We have designed a series of interactive workshops and seminars for school students, teachers and parents, keeping in mind the glaring skills set gaps being faced, which impacts their performance both on Academic & social levels”.
